Next Tech sells digital products and services — here's how and when you receive them.
1. Instant access
Most digital products (software, apps, tools, templates and licences) are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with your download link, licence key, or access instructions.
2. Account dashboard
If you have an account, your purchases and any downloadable assets are also available from your account area. Guest purchases are delivered to the email you provide at checkout.
3. Services & engagements
For service items (IT support retainers, custom development, integration and automation work), delivery means we begin onboarding. Our team will contact you within one business day to schedule and scope the work.
4. Technical requirements
Some products require a specific platform, browser or account to use. Requirements are listed on the product page — please review them before purchase.
5. Access duration
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, downloads and licence keys do not expire. Subscription products remain accessible for the paid period.
6. Issues with delivery or access
If you don't receive your product, check your spam folder, then contact us at yds@nextpayout.africa or on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll resolve it quickly.
